SiC coating on graphite

Hello, I am a newcomer here, and happy to find this forum.

I'd like to ask a question. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated very much

I'm looking for a material to fully coat a very small graphite part (5x5x2mm) for anti-oxidation purpose. The material should stand high temperature (~3000F degrees) and should be electrically conductive.

Someone told me that SiC can do the work. Does anyone know who can do SiC coating on such small graphite components? Is there any other material could be an alternative?

I will bump this thread as it has been unanswered.

A silicon carbide coating is the only one I can think of that may go some of the way to meet your requirements.

You can cover carbon with tungsten or molybdenum by plasma spray

Unfortunately, these have poor oxidation resistance.
