Same parameter Different Pressure 5220 HP gun, HVOF

Hello everyone

I am adjusting to the JP equipment of Praxair.

I have one question.

"The parameters are the same, but the pressure is different."

The pressure increased by 10-20% from the usual pressure.
I know that when there is a problem with the stabilizer, the above problem occurs.

So, I changed the stabilizer to a new one.
But the problem has not been solved.

I also changed the chamber to a new one.
But the problem has not been solved too.

If anyone has had similar experience regarding this, I would appreciate it if you could let me know what to check.

Dear Hoon Lee,
I think your question is about Combustion chamber Pressure, basically JP System can produce up to 120 Psi. If you are getting above 90 Psi will be fine for most of the coatings. As you already changed Stabilizer and Chamber, just check with Combustion pressure tube and Pressure sensor.
