Proper mixing of NiCrBSi with WC/Co
Hello,
We use NiCrBSi+WC/Co powders for flame spraying . Mixing of two materials NiCrBSi and WC/Co we perform ourselves. We make assumption that our mixing of two grades powders is not correct and properties of coating also. The question is how mixing procedure of powders should be done properly. Maybe someone know standart or special 3 axis machine for such procedure.

Best wishes to everyone
Arturas

Dear Arturas,
Very important Thermal Spray Equipment and powder combination for mixing.
For Examble: DJ Gun: WC/Co (-38+10 micron) + NiCrBsi (-45+15 mic)
JP-5000:WC/Co (-45+15 mic. + NiCrBSi (-53+20 mic.)
