Process Parameters for T400

Hi I am new to HVOF coating and given a task to enhance the adhesive strength of T400 onto the steel substrate. Can anyone provide best process parameters for t400.

Sulzer Metco DJ gun will be used.
the process parameters i am interested in are:

flow rate
powder feed size
Temperature
Standoff distance
substrate roughness
