Problem on plasma flame

I use new power supply (100kw) for plasma spray system and use 3MB Gun, after starting and ignition we have no stabilized plasma flame , please help me to know the problem,

I think you will need to give us a lot more information, as it is a bit like asking us why your car will not start.

maybe you have problem in nozzle or electrode, try to verify that corect electrode and nozzle are mounted and good in place
