Plasma Spray 60% Alumina- 40% Titania Roughness
Hi everybody!

Does anybody have experience giving a final roughnes of 137 µin to a Plasma spray coating 60%alumina- 40% titania. I dont have enough grinding discs to make the process so I need to know the necesary range of diamond size.

The as-sprayed roughness is 308 µin.

Thank you for your help.

Regards.
