PAINT VIBRATION LINES

Dear friends,

We are manufacturing aluminium color coated coils in india. We have the wet coating method.

We are facing the horizontal lines , which comes width of the coil. General we use the 1240mm coil and 2-3 tons wt.

We checked the vibration in pickup roller, applicator roller and scrapper roller.
all are good condition. We unable to understand the problem whether its belongs to coating room or unwinding tension, exist cooling system having the fans. but it wont give the problems becuase our oven length is 24 mtrs.

please give your valuable suggestion to resolve.

We generally run our line at 9mtr/minute.
