New marine engine (seeking for partners/sponsors)

Hi all

My father came up with a new marine engine. He assembled a working prototype. He is seeking for people/organizations to help him commercialize this engine model and enter the market. Brief description of the engine: slow-running marine engine, which differs from similar ones in greater power and smaller dimensions. It can work on several types of fuel - gasoline, diesel, gas.
