Need suggestions on grits & abradable powder

can someone guide me about the availability of following abradable powders with composition (75%Ni,5%Al,20Carbon) & (60%Ni,15%Cr,24%carbon, 1%Si). variation in composition upto15% will be ok.
application technique is plasma spraying.
plz also suggest grit(type & size) for grit blasting on aluminium and steel substrates.

Hi Wasif

Not come across any of these compositions that are readily available. The closest seems to be 75/25 or 80/20 nickel/graphite which is usually combustion sprayed. NiCr based abradables usually have bentonite or boron nitride additions instead of graphite.
