Need help to improve coating Metco 101B-NS
Hello everybody!

The reason for this post is to ask your help to improve the coating 101B NS, the problem is that the coating has been presenting delamination.

As you can see in the picture, the delamination was observed throughout the coating.

Due to the configuration of the part to be coated, the gun moves at angles of 45 and 23 degrees.

Please let me know if you need more information so that you can give me recommendations.

It does not look like you are using a bond coat. When we spray 101b, a base coat of 450ns is used as a bond coat

In fact, we do not use bond coat, cause the drawing of the part does not permit it.
