Metech Axial III system

hi all,

i am new to this forum and i need help on metech axial iii system information, like the difference between axial III external spray gun and the internal spray gun, the more detail the better.

the condition is that i am currently spraying Al-Si polyester coating, and the external gun works just fine to meet the requirements but the internal gun couldnt reach the minium tensile requirement of 10.3MPa. (yes, 10.3MPa, or 1500psi, quite high for Al-Si polyester)

so right now, my next step is to
1. increase TGF (but there's a max power limit of 125kw for the internal gun)
2. play around with the spray distacne a little bit...(like 3", 4" and 5"?) currently spraying at 4"

Is there anything else i can do to experienment? Any idea/thoughts will be appreciated.

Try increasing carrier gas pressure, with the same powder rate, I reach a good result with Amdry 2000 powder, as well as look that geometry of the plasma plume will be exactly aligned with powder.
