Metco 45VF-NS Finishing
Hi everyone. 

One of my clients has requested some advice on what method he can use to finish a coated diameter of Metco 45VF-NS applied by APS. 

He has a full suite of grinding and machining facilities available to him.

Any ideas or recommendations are gratefully received.

The powder manufacturer makes the following recommendation: "Green silicon carbide-diamond wheel with water-based rust inhibited coolant. Diamond lap for high luster".

Nobody uses green silicon carbide wheels anymore.  Go with a diamond wheel for this application.
