Metallic HVOF bond coat to TBC APS top coat Gas turbines
Dear professional thermal spray

Someday, i looking some international journal that metallic MCrAlY HVOF as bond coat can apply to YSZ APS top coat. But journal paper didnt show how to do it.

As far i know and perform in my workshop, MCrAlY APS bond coat and YSZ APS top coat.

Maybe, any experience from you all guys. how to do this method ? such preparation, roughness, until post treatment.
