Metal Spray Coating for ID Fan Impeller

Anybody there have idea about metal spray high alloy coating on ID fan impeller for erosion & anti stick application requirement.

Can you be more specific about your question? What kind of coating do you want? What equipment do you have available, or will you buy new equipment for the job? How large is the area to be coated?

We coat 150 mic Ni-Al bond coat and 0.5 mm High Crome - C wire top coat with arcspray system. SM 8222. After than heat the fan max 50-60 C and apply ceramic brushable coating Loctite (0.5 mm)
