Maximum RPM for ARC Spray Coating

Dear All,
I have received an enquiry to coat bearing areas of screw compressor.
Dia is around 200 mm and is running in white metal bush bearings at 5000 RPM.
Customer is aprehensive about ARC Spray and wants to try Laser Beam Welding.
Pl let me know is there any limitations regarding rotational speed.

Dear Vijay,
So far Arc-spray is okay if you do the balancing before and after spraying in order to avoid from vibration during operation, since high-speed rotation need good balancing of the part.
