Machining aluminium bronze hvof coating

Can anyone suggest best method of machining aluminium bronze hvof coatings. I need to finish size an internal radius, single point tool fly cutting method has been suggested, are there any recommended parameters for this?
Grinding is not really an option because of the profile.

Surface Speed 1.27 m/s (250 fpm)
Traverse Speed 38 cuts/cm (96 cuts/in) (0.0105 in)
Depth of Cut 250 micron (0.010 in) for first few cuts then
125 micron (0.005 in) to finish
The machinist at my work can make alum bronze like a mirror finish

We are now getting good results machining HVOF alu bronze.
I have also found useful info on machining coatings in the 'Flame Spray Handbook', published by the Metco Company.
