Dear All,
We all know that Arc spray process offers a good bond and is very effective in reclamation of worn out components. How ever when it comes to carrying out a small repair at distant site moving equipment with all its peripherals is a big job. Is there any manufacturer of Low weight equipment along with a very light weight gun which can be transported very easily

Choosing right Spray Equipments are very necessary for good results. There are so many ways available painting cars. But arc spray is one of the most beneficial way of painting car.

Dear All,
I want to use Arc Spray process for my artistic hobby work. As you have seen there are miniature paint guns available in Market, on similar lines if some one develops a mini gun for arc spray which can spray 0.5 mm wires.
This gun can work on only push type. I am ready to buy at once.

There are many spray equipments available on the websites but i don't know about Arc spray. Usually i use simple painting spray on the car and it is works very nice. I want to learn more about Arc spray uses and you can give all benefits of arc spray.

Various types of arc spray is available in the market but I always prefer to the paint for my car and other equipment such like that stuff. Never used the arc spray.

I've been in the arc spray market for many years, but there are not steel miniature arc spray, the small arc spray system usually is 150/200 Amps, but with a good arc spray system you can spray with low amps, about 10/30 amps.

That is the lowest I ever heard. I use the tafa 9000. I can get down to 50 amps proabably. Not lower then that with out spuddering. Which equipment are you using that goes that low of a feedrate. Which wires or type of metal?

So far from what Ive seen tafa/praxair is the best for wire arc.
