Liquid fuel hvof system has to be operated on standard parameters only, a little play with these may lead to something serious. Here what happened was the user reduced the carrier gas flow just to check the effects on coating & that results into back fire into nylon powder tube and its result is clearly demonstrated into this picture .

Later on everything went okay after small recovery action, This was just an experience to share with you all users.
