Hi all,

I am a Process Engineer working at a jet turbine repair facility in the Connecticut, US. We do Plasma and Arc spray as well EB welding. I have about 10 years of experience in manufacturing, but only worked 2 years in the turbine repair business. I hope to absorb as much knowledge as possible and share some of my own insights of manufacturing. This is a great place for surface engineering resource.
