Info needed on Bond Strength for Thermal Spray powders

Hello!
Can anyone say the minimum bond strength required for Stellite-12 and Stellite-6 ?? Sprayed By HVOF

Because for WC-Co-Cr & CrC-NiCr we are getting 10,000 PSI + but for Stellite-12 and Stellite-6 Coating is failing at 7,000 PSI. I dont know whats the minimum requirement . Does anyone know the minimum PSI Needed???

Your result is not bad at all. It could be something more, but not much more. For Stellite layers, produced by HVOF, the maximum possible adhesion is approx. 9000 PSI. For the HVOF coatings WC-Co the adhesive strength is possible up to approx. 12000 PSI.
