How to interpret the result of
Hello I'm Hoon and I have a question.
please give me your opinion.

I tested some specimens following ASTM C633 method.

And one of the specimens looks like the picture I attached.

The value of tensile strength is 25.660MPa

and How do I interpret this result?

1. Some of surface still attached around 20%? So, I can assume the total strength is around 31MPa
2. Nope. No matter the rest attached or not, The tensile strength is 25.660MPa

It can be poor question, but I need your help.
I'm looking forward to your reply

Correct answer is the second: "No matter the rest attached or not, The tensile strength is 25.660MPa"
