dear all,
my customer needs to spray the part called : Hot cut dies plastic compound as per drawing attached.
please let me know if any of you have ever done this kind of spraying job.

Dear Mr. Sedaryawan,

Greetings. I have see this type of part in the past, its quite an expensive part to replace if the customer buys new. I have never done this as the substrate is so very hard (difficult for surface preparation) and the final machining tolerances are a challenge on such a hard surface.

Would be great if someone had some experience and a solution.

It seem a polymer thermal spray coating application, that has as function to resist temperature shocks, impact, abbrasion, thermal insulation and corrosion protection, and this kind of coating could be applied by Resodyn or Ibeda thermal spray systems guns
