HVOF qualified by third Party

Hi Gordon,
Is there any Third Party quailify for HVOF Coating in Marine industry.
My customer requires HVOF application need to be cerified by DNV or some else.
We are planing to coat Diamalloy 3006 for Piston Rod of ship.
