HVOF masking

Greetings to all!
Can anyone recommend mask for HVOF Coating? I am doing Coating for Buckets and i have already metalic hard mask to protect over spray in dove tail area, eventhough some over spray coating is remain in edges. Due to this i need to blend over spray for all the 92buckets. Please suggest best remedy and share your current masking process as well.

Hi.
Not sure what shape or size of your item, but we have excellent results using Machbloc from Tapeworks.
We find it works well with all the thermal spray processes.

Thank you for your kind reply. The edges size is less than 1" inches.
