HF acid stripping of Titanium

Hi all,
I am looking for a company who can carry out HF acid stripping in accordance to a boeing spec, its used to remove anodising prior to us applying a PEO coating, they don't have to be boeing approved but AS9100 rev c would be needed. 300-500 parts per year on a 3 year deal.
we are near cambridge so local would be great.
