Typically for some applications You need plasma spray process. The LPPS/VPS plasma spray process is the best for this purpose

That question is too broad in nature. We don't know your torch, powder feeder, control console.

Also, we don't know your process. I have to admit that I assumed APS, but it could just as well be LPPS or VPS for all we know.
