Good note-taking software for Mac?
Hello Members,

I am over here in Japan and have recently found a good list of Academic Podcasts. There are some great lectures there and I'm currently listening to Elementary Psychology from Purdue. While just listening is great and interesting it would be really nice to have a note-taking program so I can easily jot down and organize some notes on these lectures. Any suggestions?

Thank You

RE: Good note-taking software for Mac?
Hello,

There are several note-taking applications available for Macs, but I've listed some of the popular ones below. The applications are easy to use so give each go and see which you prefer.

1. myNotes
2. Notae
3. Yojimbo

Thanks and Regards

I'm using NotesDeck now - so my notes show up on all my devices instantly (iPad, Mac and iPhone Cool ). NotesDeck syncs with Evernote and Dropbox and Simplenote (!!!) so all my notes from other apps are already in it.

Also in Notesdeck for Mac you can put specific hotkeys for specific folders and press them at any time to make notes to that folder! It sounds complicated but if I just want to make a note about cooking I set a hotkey: CTRL + OPTION + C and I can send a note right to Cooking folder.

Good luck
