I have no experience with your particular system set-up but:

But we take 100 liter/min with 2,0 bar. Is there any problem with this 0,5 over pressure?

my concern would be one of health and safety. Please check with your health and safety government body, gas supplier and equipment supplier for advice. Using free acetylene at these pressures can be very dangerous.

In the UK

Acetylene cannot be supplied at more than 0.6 bar (9psi) without permission, between 0.6 and 1.5 bar (9-21psi) it is possible to obtain exemptions, but above 1.5 bar it is illegal to supply acetylene without specialised equipment.

As far as not being able to achieve desired/specified flows, again I would talk to your equipment provider. Are you using all of the equipment specifically recommended for your equipment/process? Using different manifolds, regulators, non-return valves, flash-back arrestors etc. may be causing restriction to flow. If you can't achieve the parameters recommended by your equipment provider, then I think there must be something wrong!
