Favourite and challanging spraying applications

Some applications are extremely tricky or has special conditions to apply. Some has special surfacing needs or special formed abrasives etc.

But some applications are applicators favourite. Reason may be easy to apply, easy or no need of grinding or any special surface needs, extreme client profit, big amount in one operation etc.

In my case when i see following jobs, my eyes smile:
Gate valves
Printing rollers
Boiler cooling pipes but in our factory
Al and Cu arc sprayed shafts


And applications that i backward;

Mud rotors and screws
Ball valves
Sharp edge finished sleeves
Teen bushings in directional drilling

Of course its about experience and equipment. I m kind of learner and my system is mecdj2700

I would be highly interested in. But for mud rotors also removing of worn coating is a big deal right? Does it make sense to remove without chemicals, just with diamond belt abrasives?

Most shops seem to use chemical rather than mechanical stripping.
