Hai Friends,

I want to coat Metco 2043 powder with our F4 Torch Plasma Spray gun of AMT make.

Kindly share process parameters for the same if you already done the same.

I use this parameters: Powder injector 2mm, Distance 8 mm, angle 105°, air cooling parallel 2,6 bar, argon 48 NLPM, H2 4,2 NLPM, 460 amp., 62 V, Carrier 2,8 NLPM, Spreader/suction L55°/601, Spray rate 42 g/min, Spray distance 148 mm.
