Diamond containing wear-resist HVOF coatings
Our company has developed a technology HVOF application coatings containing artificial diamonds or CBN.
This technology allows the application of super wear-resistant coating type WC+Co+ diamond powder . Wear-Resistance of the coating is increased up to 8-10 times.
This technology allows coat working layers on diamond grinding wheels . The diameter of the diamond or CBN grinding wheels for us it does not matter.
We will be grateful to all for comments and suggestions.
On photo diamond grinding wheels produced by HVOF.
