Delamination

Hi Guys,

We have delamination problem on our plasma coated specimens.

What is the main reason for delamination ?

Also how can i distinguish is it delamination or porosity.

This problem because of residual stresses and bond strength.

Kindly search in surface engineering forum only with the subject of RE: delamination in general, you will find very good information posted by Mr. Gordon.
