I suggest you HVAF equipment and two-wire arc starting. The advantage is that there is no need to use water for cooling, or a gun. Both weapons are air cooled. I think the price for small commercial cover is not very expensive. I agree with you a reliable, easy to use.

Excellent question, and one of my favorite topics. Thermal Spray in recent years has led IGT, aviation, automotive OEM and manufacturing applications and repairs, and all but forgotten the common market for industrial maintenance and repair, or work shops. I do not know which country you are working, but is expected to enter the United Kingdom. And let me suppose that you want to market the industry (or non-IGT Aviation). The material I recommend: FST HV 25 controller charger dust PF 50 and the torch FX5 liquid fuel.
