We are planning to use waterjet stripping machine to remove the coatings. As we are new to this waterjet stripping method, requesting for your valuable inputs to remove the coatings.

1. Can anyone share the parameters to remove the Ni-Al bond coat from Inconel parts?
2. What can be the good inspection method, to ensure the complete removal of coating?

What kind of machine do you have and what's the size of nozzle?
Generally, the supplier has a technical handbook for different materials.

We are having a machine with following capabilities:

Nozzle: 0.019" dia orifice;
Water pressure: 4000 bar
Water flow rate: 7 lit/min
6 axis robot
Turntable with 25 RPM max
