Coating on shrink fit bearing journals

Hi,

Customer needs coating for dimensional restoration of worn out bearing seats of rolls. Tricky part being the bearing is shrink fitted to the seat.

Wanted to know whether thermal spray would be able to take the shrink fitting or we should opt for MMAW using suitable electrode

In case thermal spray is approved, would a standard material like metcoloy II work or a TAFA 95 MXC / NiMoAl kind of materialis required....
