This materials use sink roll of melt aluminium(min 99%)
please let me Know where to buy these materials.

Are you sure that this is the coating material been used for zink-rolls?, as far as i know, this aplication is made with HVOF system and carbide coating, and after, the coating is sealed with an high temperature special slurry, every coating specialist has his own sealant, maybe the calcium silicate you said, could be a kind of sealer.

Are you sure that this is the coating material been used for zink-rolls?, as far as i know, this aplication is made with HVOF system and carbide coating, and after, the coating is sealed with an high temperature special slurry, every coating specialist has his own sealant, maybe the calcium silicate you said, could be a kind of sealer.

I use carbide matearial for zinc pot roll, carbide coating is made HVOF system.
Ca2CO3-40silica is coating material for aluminium pot roll and then made plasma system.

you are right. this is coating material for pure aluminium pot roll.
I don't know, Ca2CO3-40silica and may not be the same CaO-SiO2.
Available for purchase where do you Know?
