Chromium carbide parameters for HVOF JP500

Dear All,
do somebody have the recomended spray parameters by Praxair for Cr3C2/NiCr 75/25?
We have a problem with low coating thickness per pass - it is only 0,015 mm.

We use this parameters:
barrel: 6"
oxygen flow: 873 slpm
kerosene flow: 0,379 slpm
feed rate: aprox. 58 g/min

I suppose Praxair does. Why not ask them? TAFA makes JP5000 and I suppose you are buying Praxair powder. Ask your sales rep, if they don't know, tell them to find out if they want you to keep buying their powder.
