I have a Plasmatechnik CDS-100 HVOF Gun.
Is it possible to get some parts for this gun
Can I decrease the gas and oxygene consumption by reduction of nozzle size (actually about 8 mm) ?
I am looking for documentation and proces parameter for this gun
What type of powder feeders I have ise - what pressure in feeder is necessary ?

Hi Mgoral

It's a very old system, but if you contact your local Oerlikon Metco rapresentative, problably they still has some spares for it, but my recommendation is to change the gun, for example with an HVOF-P2000 with an appropriate powder feeder, from Metatherm, that is chipper and as a good reliability, take in main that is very dangerous to use a powder feeder that is non projected to use with that kind of gun, pressure could be very high

The Methatherm HVOF guns is an Indiach/Chinese Hipojet Guns. CDS is older but I dissasembled gun and it is very simple gun for which it is easy to produce spare parts
What is the regullar price of hipo jet system ?

Indian technologies now a day is better than it was, and I worked with many systems without any problem, I do not know prices, contact MEC or Metatherm
