[BUY] Looking for METCO 12E or newer
Hello everyone,

I'm looking to buy a functioning Metco metalizing gun for my powdercoat installation.

It's mainly for metalizing small parts but the most important thing is that I can get spare parts if needed, that's why it has to be a metco 12e or newer.

Please let me know if you have something. It doesn't have to be a set ( would be nice if it was Big Grin )

Location is Belgium, Europa for shipment.

Best Regards,
Roy

Hello,

Metco 12E is the gun which uses wires, for powders you need Metco 5P or 6P.
So, do you need Metco 12E for wires or Metco 5P for powders ?

Hi Ion,

Thanks for your reply!

I'm looking for a wire gun.
To be more precise I will be using a zinc/alu type of wire.

Best Regards,
Roy

Thanks the links,

Is Metco 12e also capable for Zinc wire?

I know that 11e has a high speed gearbox for fast melting wires. But in Belgium there a just no spare parts available. So it's a waste of money once I need a new tip.

Best regards

in most cases the ARC will be lower due to the use of electricity instead of gas, while still obtaining superior quality. Look at HVAF-Arc, excellent coating quality, wide range of applications and affordable price, all consumables are available

or I can sell you the metco 11E.
