Check inside the electrical cabinet of the 9MC. There should be a jumper on Terminal Board 3 (TB3) between 39 and 102. This is for a Remote E Stop. If the jumper is there, check that the screws are tight.

There are jumpers between 101/39, 102/39, 103/39, 104/39, 105/39 and 106/39 from memory and still the fault appears?

Is the input light on the PLC where wire 102 connects?
Is the audible alarm on as well as the Aux E Stop message?

RE: 9MC Fault
Hi Kev
There are a lot of items that can display this message, if the system was running before, and without any operation in it, the system displayed this alarm, check the following items:
An alarm will sound when the emergency stop button is pushed. The audible alarm will stop when
the button is released, if he fault message remains on the System status monitor, check the display plug (in the display enclosure) and the wiring to PLC. Control the PLC CPU - LEDs must be on, if the battery or the CPU LED is off, check for memory battery charge, maybe the battery will be changed. Check if the door safety switch was bypassed or if it is broken.
Otherwise check for all the E-stop connections, maybe someone was no connected, maybe the E.Stop on the gun or the remote pendant was no connected.
Best regards
Luigi
