Dear All,
I have some tabs on a Hastelloy-X raw material part and I would
like to spray it with Nickel-Aluminium as a bond coat and Aluminum
Bronze as a top coat.Unfortunatly I have to put 1 mm coating
thickness. I made some test and I have realized the coating is
removed from the (1 or 2 tabs)substrate on the part but I
did not see any probleme on the laboratory sample.
I think the coating stress occures this failure on the part. Could
you help me how can I degrease the coting stress?
