Hi Vivek
To determine density you need to measure the mass and volume of
your coating. If you mean porosity measurement which is not the
same thing, then metallography is the simplest. Be aware that
metallography can give false impressions of porosity (via
pull-out or smearing) and should be interpreted carefully.
