Hi All,
Thank you for the comments and suggestions guys. I have previously tried some Ni etchant but were to strong and had attacked the steel substrates. I have also tried high pressure water jet at a company which was somewhat successful however, we don't have that facility. I was looking for something we can do in-house. I will try gritblasting as suggested next. I also want to try electrolytic stripping. Would you guys comment on the sort of parameters, materials and chemicals required for this? Gordon, you mentioned Ni salts, are these the same as Ni etchants?
Thanks again for your helpful advice and looking forward to hearing from you again.
