hello,
Our project is nickel and goldplating life size bronze statues. This is the largest artbronzecasting project ever in history.
We are running into problems, because the arms of the statues are dirty and sometimes have little holes. The dirtparticles are dangerous because they can plate-out our nickel bath.
We are looking for a sealer that we can easily bring in from the back of the statue that seals the holes and covers the dirt(:loose slurry and bronzedust).
The sealer must be resistant against our 140 F degrees alkaline bath, our 100 F degrees acid bath, our 190 F degrees nickel bath and our 100 F degrees gold bath.
We are desperately waiting for answers. You can check our website for more information about this project: www.odiyan.org
thank you,
eelze
