Mr. England, I operate a Jet Kote II unit. We spray mostly Tungsten Carbide coatings. Seems like the combustion head wears out pretty fast sometimes. The four gas holes seem to get worn then it looks like the powder injection hole seems to kind of burn off, resulting in the powder not shooting straight in the middle of the flame, causing the nozzles to load up, causing spits. I realize parameters are the key. I have been using the same parameters for awhile and it usually works great, but some times, with same set up as before it won't. We use Propylene as fuel, oxy, and nitrogen to push the powder. Sometimes when I take the gun loose from the hoses there seems to be a brown liquid on the fuel hose, resembling acetone, how do I prevent this, as I suspect it is the problem? Thanks
