Hi,
your component seems to be suited for a perfect HVOF application. Currently surface technologists around the world deal with the subject of Hardchrome Replacement by HVOF.
As a manufacturer of Thermal Spraying equipment we newly offer a special burner system for HVOF in I.Ds.
Applying this system wouldn't only enable you to spray wear and corrosion resistant top coats. Additionally you could perform excellent repair on worn cylinders.
If you have special questions, please feel free to contact me or have a look at our homepage: www.gtv-mbh.de
Kind regards
Lutz
