Hi Alex
To give an idea of image magnification the coating is around 0.020" (0.5 mm) thick. The coating is a NiCr alloy, not too sure which one though. but probably an 80/20 type. The coating would have been sprayed using Metco 7MB or 9MB using argon/hydrogen (GH,732) parameters.
To get an image to display within your messages you need that image file to be on a internet server (your website place) and put the address in to the box "Optional Image URL" when posting your message. If you prefer just email image to me.
