Hi all and Mr. Gordon,
I am sure your are familiar with aerospace and aircraft engine
standard. I am facing a problem of cluster oxide occurrence in the
microstructure of a Inco718 coating produce by plasma Spray. The
cluster oxides are only at localized areas. due to the tight
requirement, cluster oxide is non-allowed, this occurrence would
result in rejection. Could you advise me on what possible causes
cluster oxide to occur and some preventive action to it?
Thanks
