Hi
I think you need to gain some understanding of why your coating is
cracking first. What is your coating system details and
substrate? What is the purpose or function of the coating?
What are the operating environment conditions? etc..
Your coating may be improved by making simple changes to spraying
procedure without going to the extreme of altering your powder
composition.
