thermal spray coat is not normally capable of withstanding forging load unless the coating is fused one.Best process is PTA coating using thermal spray powders.(see my books for details)
: Any one can help to find out best process of coating forging dies.
: We want to spray material on weared forging dies and and sink electrode to control dimension of dies.
: This things we want to do to avoid recut of dies.
: If ther is any best process to spary metal we request to kindly inform us.
